Using AI to learn AI - everything you see here on this website was created in some way using AI. From the graphics to the layout to the prose - AI has helped along the way. I pass these learnings on to you from practical experience.
In training, coaching and project management, I'm looking for ways to incorporate everyday AI. My nature leads me to be an early adopter of tools & techniques. I courageously try things out - some will work and some won't.
The aim is to arm you with excellent knowledge, skills and structure so that you achieve what you want to achieve.
About Ceedee
Hello, I'm Ceedee Doyle, founder of Crystal Delta, a leading training, coaching and project management provider. My goal is to help you create the change you want as simply and clearly possible.
An agilist at heart, and a practicing AI experimenter, I use a full toolbelt of approaches, tools, and techniques to help you adapt in this turbulent business environment. I specialise in creating energy, leading from the front and bringing people together to have a common understanding.

Working life
Background
After a brief (2 year) stint in the RNZAF, Ceedee completed a Bachelors in Information Systems and started as a Business Analyst. Within a year she was managing her first project in the power sector. In 2009, after 10 years as a traditional project manager, she moved to Scrum Master and then Agile Coach, pioneering this way of working in Wellington, NZ.
An innovator, Ceedee brought Story Mapping to New Zealand to the point where she features as a case study in the book. She was also the first to teach the Agile Coaching Institute's Agile Team Facilitator (ATF) and introduced the first LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) implementation in New Zealand in 2023.
Ceedee also pioneered modern board games in Wellington. After failing to find people to play with herself, she created Wellington On Board meetup group, now the source of truth for all games sessions in Wellington & Kapiti. She also runs Wellycon, the biggest, fun, friendly board game convention in New Zealand.
